GovernmentCIO is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team based out of our Washington, DC office.The Pricing Analyst supports proposal strategy, contract proposal preparation, proposal cost volume development, cost estimation, review team support, and departmental operations duties. You will function in a fast paced proposal environment and works closely with program/proposal team members developing cost proposals while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence.


  • Develops, analyzes, evaluates, coordinates, prepares, and supports cost proposals to government and commercial customers.
  • Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy.
  • Ensure proposal, government, and internal compliance and provide interpretation of RFP requirements.
  • Interact with personnel and management at all levels; interface and coordinate with other business management personnel on a daily basis.
  • Provide reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and review by senior management.
  • Prepares and presents costs estimates to pricing management, operations management, and executives for review and approval.
  • Ensures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and internal company policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, updates/revisions, and negotiations.
  • Supports audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions and the program budget baseline process.
  • Support various departmental business management & operations functions.
  • Utilize your demonstrated ability to develop and present information to a variety of stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or other related field
  • 3-5 years of government pricing, contracting, corporate finance or industry experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
