The CM/Test Manager will investigate and execute test planning, assessment, development, and execution tasks associated with VistA and Cerner releases for readiness of regional site deployments. Identify and mitigate risks and advise the EHRM/VistA Transition team about change factors. Coordinate and communicate test activities with VHA, OIT and Site stakeholders Recommend solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking testing activities. Establish and adhere to quality management standards and procedures. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills: The candidate should be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Information Technology Testing tools. Proficiency in MS Visio and IBM Rational tool is desired. The candidate must also possess good communication, analytical, and writing skills. A proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment is also desired. Experience with running test cases associated with VistA, Cerner, or other Health platforms, applications and software.
Education and Certification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information System, Systems Engineering.
