You will be expected to become the Subject Matter Expert in your Areas of Responsibility.  You must understand the technical details of your lane and use your knowledge to identify potential schedule, implementation or deployment impacts in advance, notify the VA PMO of the potential issues and provide recommended corrective actions when possible, and finally to track the action to resolution, becoming an extension of the VA PMO Team.
