    GovernmentCIO is seeking an experienced, senior-level, in-house graphic designer to produce effective, clean and creative materials, in a supportive role for the proposal team. GCIO is a fast-paced technology consulting firm focused on agile development, digital, cyber, data, and IT transformation. The senior-level graphic designer is responsible for delivering creative and adaptive concepts from conceptualization through final product for a multitude of products and audiences, including proposal graphics and corporate projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround work environment and have the ability to handle multiple projects—meeting deadlines with a high level of skill, utilizing a broad range of design tools.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Experience working as a senior-level graphic designer creating government (or high-end corporate) proposals
    • Ability to turn around graphics and execute concepts quickly
    • Creative, contemporary, and innovative design thinking
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
    • The desire to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and demonstrate resiliency
    • A collaborative approach to working within the team


    • Produce infographics and corporate graphics for business development teams
    • Drive innovative journey maps and user experience material
    • Develop presentation decks for complex and/or high-profile client presentations, and ensuring creative work is clear and impactful
    • Support business development team to provide designs for technical and management approaches
    • Thrive in the demands of pressing deadlines while confidently managing multiple priorities
    • Take personal responsibility and guardianship for projects—ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality work 


    • 5-6 years of top-level graphic design experience (in-house graphics creative team/agency with technology consulting firm preferred)
    • College or university diploma in graphic design or visual communications
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
    • Microsoft Office knowledge—especially PowerPoint (Keynote acceptable), Word, Excel
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills—including proficiency with standard file management practices
    • Flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional skills in multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
