This IAM Analyst will formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and broad understanding of information technology, business processes, and IAM industry requirements. The analyst will apply extensive knowledge of the customer's business and industry to develop requirements specifications.
Must demonstrate prior experience and capability using the Agile Methodologies, UML, building Use Cases for and applying testability against requirements and specifications.
Must have experience in analyzing business and user needs, and translate those into requirements specifications according to VA standards. Must have experience advising on methods to improve business processes and be able to coordinate and participate in feasibility studies and implementations.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals or groups.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, respond to customer problems and needs, lead/mentor junior team members, document complex topics and processes, and follow established software development life cycle procedures.
