GovernmentCIO is looking for a Customer Service Manager with focused experience within the insurance and financial management fields to support the Department of Veteran's Affairs Insurance Modernization program. Manage the effect of new business processes, changes in organizational structure and cultural changes within an enterprise; Expectation setting, employing tools to improve communication and proactively seeking ways to reduce misinformation. Ability to drive agreement on a common vision for change, advocate for strong executive leadership to communicate the vision and sell the business case for change, strategy for educating employees about how their day-to-day work will change, concrete plan for how to measure whether or not the change is a success.
Customer Service Management: Stakeholders and users are more likely to buy into a change initially and remain committed to the change throughout any discomfort associated with it.
