    GovernmentCIO is a rapidly growing organization with the mission to transform government IT.   As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will help implement programs to develop the talented and highly engaged workforce that is necessary to accomplish this mission.

    Responsibilities

    As a Human Resources Business Partner, your primary focus will be to drive activities that build employee engagement and foster high performance culture within a rapidly growing organization.  You will lead initiatives and partner with management to implement programs, such as effective performance management processes, incentive compensation plans, career development paths, employee communications, recognition programs, learning and development resources, management training, and social activities. You will help employees benefit from our rapid growth by coordinating interal job applicants and redeployment.  As part of our communications and branding strategy, you will support our social media efforts.  Will also support onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications include:

    • Bachelor’s degree or a total of 8 years experience in lieu of a degree.
    • 4+ years of experience in HR
    • A solid understanding of employee engagement and the activities that drive it
    • Demonstrated experience in implementing HR programs or tools
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
