    GovernmentCIO seeks a Senior Subcontract Administrator to run the company’s Subcontracts Administration function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of subcontracts administration in a high growth environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead subcontract management function
    • Develop and manage key subcontractors
    • Report to senior leadership on subcontractor performance
    • Manage cost reimbursable, firm fixed price and Time & Materials contracts
    • Lead and support negotiations, perform price analyses  (price, schedule and supplier exceptions to terms and conditions) 
    • Develop and negotiate compliant teaming agreements, subcontracts and other related agreements
    • Build and maintain solid relationships with senior level internal and external customers, and peers

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of the FAR, DoD Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements,  and other Agency related laws and regulations affecting Government subcontracting.
    • 5+ years of experience in procurement and subcontract administration with contractors supporting federal contracts
    • Experience with various types of contracts, including FFP, FFP/LOE, CPFF Term and LOE, T&M, and various IDIQ types
    • Experience with negotiating subcontract terms and conditions and negotiating nondisclosure and teaming agreements
    • Experience with government subcontract file documentation and CPSR requirements
    • Experience with the proposal process in support of federal acquisitions
    • Ability to perform as part of a team in a fast-pace environment
    • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Risk Management preferred
    • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple subcontracts and priorities 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to perform effectively in integrated product team environment; perform as an independent contributor but with full cognizance of impact of actions to the team
