    GovernmentCIO is looking for a Project Manager with Civil Agency and Call Center experience to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with must have experience with diverse IT projects both large and small.  
    • Understand and guide the full systems development life cycle, enterprise wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices. 
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the program. 
    • Manage to cost, schedule and performance.
    • Manage disparately located personnel.
    • Manage programs with complex data processing requirements.
    • Demonstrated and current experience managing program delivering systems/tools/solutions in production, while Manage transitioning to better technology solutions.
    • Provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms.
    • Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations. 
    • Identify symptoms for process improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in engineering, computer science, or business is preferred 
    • 10+ years of experience in project management with a civil agency.
    • PMP, ITIL is preferred
    • Knowledge of call center and experience on a project with call center implementation.
    • Well versed in the VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP) project management methodology
    • Analytical and investigation skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
