    GovernmentCIO LLC is looking for a Senior SharePoint Site Admin and Developer to support Project and Program Management in the new Agile Project Management Office (PMO) at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp (PGBC).    


    The PBGC has recently migrated all file stores to a newly-developed SharePoint architecture. It will the responsibility of the Senior SharePoint Web Developer / Site

    Administrator to maintain that architecture and improve / develop new functionally within this architecture.


    The person in this role will play a major role in the new PMO. As a trusted SharePoint SME, the incumbent will advise the team and the customer on the issues related to workflow, architecture, business intelligence and dashboards.  They will develop innovative solutions while delivering stable, consistent performance.


    • Expert knowledge in web design & development (especially in SharePoint 2016)
    • Expert knowledge in SharePoint On-Line (especially in the Government cloud)
    • Expert knowledge in dashboarding (especially utilizing Tableau and Power BI)
    • Expert knowledge in SharePoint development including business processes and workflows
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to engage with clients and work with multiple development teams
    • BA or BS in a business or engineering related field
    • Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
    • Detailed-oriented with proven time management and organization skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
    • BA or BS in a business or engineering related field  
    • MCSA, MCSE and MCSD are preferred but not required for this role.
    • 4-8 years of experience required
