    GovernmentCIO LLC is looking for a Delivery Process Engineer (DPE) / Senior Business to support a new Agile Program Management Office (PMO) at a Federal Agency. The DPE will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Program and Project Management approaches, processes, tools and techniques.

     

    The DPE’s Focus will be on helping the PMO improve current Project/Program/Portfolio Management (P3M) policies and practices, identifying

    gaps or other changes needed, and defining new processes that incorporate industry best practices.

    Responsibilities

    Duties may include the following:

    • Lead the design, development and delivery of COTS customization solutions (including MSP Online and other COTS products)
    • Assist PMO staff, Federal Program and Project managers, and Development teams with tailoring delivery processes to take advantage of digital forms and workflows
    • Lead the design, configuration, testing and deployment of P3M maintenance releases
    • Perform data analysis and modeling to support project reporting
    • Design and develop dashboards provide PMO and PBGC leadership with relevant business intelligence

     

    The DPE will work directly with PMO leadership but will also support Program and Project teams, so clear written and verbal communication skills and diplomacy are essential to success

    Qualifications

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated expertise in design and implementation of custom solutions using MS Project Online, MS 365, and MS SharePoint
    • Experience with data visualization (e.g. Tableau or similar product) to develop dashboards and data flows
    • Expert Knowledge and experience implementing and operating under a variety of industry leading approaches, including PMBOK, Traditional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Lean, Agile, Kanban
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to engage with clients and work with multiple development teams
    • BA or BS in a business or engineering related field
    • 6-8 years of related experience
    • Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
    • Detailed-oriented with proven time management and organization skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
    • Expert level Certifications in Microsoft Office 365 Solutions, SharePoint Solutions and SharePoint Development are desired but not required.
    • Bachelors Degree or equiv. experience (e.g. military, tech school, etc.)
    • 6-8 Years of experience required
