    GovernmentCIO LLC is looking for a Program Analyst to support strategy and service delivery at the new Agile Project Management Office (PMO) at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp (PGBC). The focus of this position will be to conduct analyses of existing and emerging technologies, analyze and understand the client’s business requirements, and help determine the best technology available in the market for meeting client’s the needs.

    To accomplish this objective, the Program Analyst will collaborate with the PMO team, Federal Project and Program Managers, and their stakeholders (e.g. system end users, product owners, client management, etc.).

    The Program Analyst will work closely with the Program Technical Lead to develop and maintain technical roadmaps, define and document enterprise architecture, and plan the integration and rollout of new tools and technology.

    Qualifications

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills - ability to engage with clients and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Must have solid analytic skills - must be comfortable with new technology and able to learn pros and cons of new systems and tools.
    • Strong writing skills are required. Must be able to effectively summarize and communicating alternative software and tool solutions. Experience in technical writing or alternatives analysis is desired.
    • BA or BS in a business, communications, or a technology-related field is desired but all educational backgrounds will be considered.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment (specifically Scrum and Kanban) desired but not required.
    • Must be detailed-oriented with proven time management and organization skills.
    • Proactive and personable – this is a customer-facing role.
    • A positive attitude, a commitment to the deliver quality results, and willingness to work and learn can overcome gaps in education and experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equiv. experience (e.g. military, tech school, etc.)
    • 2-4 years of experience required
