GovernmentCIO is seeking candidates that have extensive experience managing and directing staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. These personnel serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Supervision of the following activities:
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 7 Years of experience and an Advanced degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to a specific field, as well as additional applicable certifications related to the position
Experience with the supervising the following Help Desk activities:
