    GovernmentCIO LLC is looking for a Microsoft Project Online Administrator to actively support Project and Program Management in the new Agile Project Management Office (PMO) at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Trust (PGBC).  The Project

    Online Admin is a key role at the PMO, essential to the establishment of the new office and integral to ensuring a successful Agile PMO.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Initial focus will be on the use of client-approved user stories to design and deliver a custom MSP Online configuration to facilitate day-to-day project management. As the Project matures, the focus will shift to the support of the MSP Dev and Test environments, and the support Project, Program and Portfolio Management (P3M) using MSP Online.

     

    Duties may include the following:

    • Developing technical specifications for Development and Test Environments
    • Maintaining Project Online development and test environments
    • Performing custom Configuration of MS Project Online based on customer needs
    • Planning, managing, and controlling the configuration of the MSP Online solution and deploying P3M maintenance releases
    • Creating and installing user and administrative accounts in the test and production environments
    • Working with the PM, analysts, developers and customers to generate ideas, understand issues, and develop / implement solutions

    Qualifications

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to engage with clients and work with multiple development teams
    • Expert knowledge of Office 365, specifically MSP Online Configuration
    • Experience planning, managing, and controlling configuration of MSP Online
    • Experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploy MS P3M (Project/Program/ Portfolio Management) maintenance releases
    • Experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploy MS P3M (Project/Program/ Portfolio Management) maintenance releases
    • Experience in developing, testing, and installing MSP3 Online solutions and in creating/installing user and administrative accounts in the production environments.
    • Expert Knowledge in maintaining development and test environments for Project Online as well as technical specifications for each of those environments.
    • BA or BS in a business or engineering related field or an additional 4 years of experience
    • 3 plus years of related experience
    • Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
    • Demonstrated competence in analysis and problems solving principles with emphasis in user relations, data gathering techniques and management information applications 
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
    • Detailed-oriented with proven time management and organization skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
