GCIO is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Program Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Portfolio. The Program Manager will be a hands-on sub-portfolio leader who will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of multiple projects as well as participation in the development and implementation of the overall Health Portfolio strategy. The candidate will also participate as a working team manager, so strong experience in hiring and managing a large pool or resources is important. The Program Manager will be responsible for client interactions and ensuring that assigned projects are staffed with strong resources that produce quality deliverables against scope and schedule. Education Requirements: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline (10 years can be substituted for Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree)
