GovernmentCIO is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the Enterprise Cloud Services Office with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).


The Adminstrative Analyst, will:

  • Must have experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, and events. Must experience in finding trends, errors and reviewing data with report writing skills.
  • Must be able to handle all facets of Meeting Management including but not limited to Meeting Minutes, Meeting Agendas, Meeting Facilitation and Meeting Follow-Up.
  • Must possess experience in editing narrative and graphic products to identify and correct grammatical formatting and logic errors and to identify logical inconsistencies that will require author attention. Must have experience in the application a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools.
  • Must have experience in explaining in simple language scientific and technical ideas that are difficult for the average reader to understand. 
  • Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise.
  • Communication Skills
  • Must be proficient in tracking tasks to their completion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Conduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of relevant artifacts including business process diagrams, reports, and presentation
  • Must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs 


Tools & Software Experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint. 

Education Requirements: Bachelors Business Discipline
Years of Experienced Required: 5+ (8 years additional relevant experience may be substituted for education requirement)
