The IT management strategist/consultant will provide virtual and onsite support to our government client. They will be expected to work with the client to understand the current and upcoming priorities, the scope of the current IT processes, and how existing IT processes that relate the overall VA goals and objectives. This candidate will engage stakeholders with business and technical backgrounds to clarify their vision for the organization and develop strategies and plans for realization of the vision.
identify roles and responsibilities as well meet with and interview stakeholders to obtain 360-degree perspective of existing IT processes. They will apply business process analysis methodologies and principles to identify and implement organizational change to obtain long-term organizational culture change. This person will need to identify opportunities for organizational improvement within the various business and IT areas affected by the processes being analyzed and assessed. They will also work alongside management and ascertain the desired state of the client’s system to ensure compliance with existing entrenched processes.
