GovernmentCIO is looking a talented full life-cycle Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for staffing variety of technical, management and non-technical positions across all areas of our rapidly growing company.
Gain understanding of position requirements by reviewing job descriptions and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Post and manage positions within our recruiting management system and develop sourcing strategy to develop pool of candidates.
Effectively screen candidates and against job requirements and perform phone interviews to determine how well the candidates fits the need.
Provide summary of candidate to hiring manager that highlights key information and recommendation for next steps.
Coordinate interview process and obtain feedback from hiring team.
Track and document recruiting activity in recruiting management system
Supporting hiring manager with compensation issues and negotiate offers of employment.
